Kim Miller is ADT’s Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, responsible for go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, and corporate communications. With a focus on innovation and user experience, she leads efforts to position ADT as a leader in smart home security and small business solutions. Prior to joining ADT in 2026, Kim served as Chief Growth and Marketing Officer at Aescape Inc., an AI-powered wellness technology company. She previously held CMO roles at Native Instruments, The Economist Group, and Consumer Reports, where she led growth initiatives, digital transformation, brand strategy, and data-driven marketing programs. Kim holds an MBA from Columbia University. Throughout her career, she has received industry recognition, including Folio’s Top Women in Media Corporate Champion Award, and People.com’s Best Use of Social Media Award. In her spare time, she is an avid supporter of animal rescue organizations and adoption efforts.
